SHIPPING TERMS
1. General Provisions1.1. These Shipping Terms are an integral part of the public offer.
1.2. Products are delivered within the Russian Federation.
1.3. The shipping method, cost, and delivery times are determined and agreed upon with the Buyer on a case-by-case basis at the time the Order is placed and confirmed.
2. Shipping Costs2.1. Shipping costs are not included in the price of the merchandise and must be paid separately by the Buyer upon receipt of the order (to the courier, at a pickup location, or at the post office).
2.2. The Seller does not set shipping rates, is not responsible for carriers’ rates, and does not charge the Buyer any additional shipping fees.
3. Delivery Times and Procedures3.1. The order is handed over to the carrier (courier service, Russian Post, or shipping company) within 1–3 business days from the time of payment (if prepayment was selected) or from the time the order is confirmed (if cash on delivery was agreed upon).
3.2. The exact delivery dates are determined by the carrier and are indicated in the tracking number that the Seller provides to the Buyer.
3.3. The Seller has no control over the operations of courier services and is not liable for any failure by the carrier to meet delivery deadlines.
4. Procedure for Transferring Goods4.1. Delivery is made to the address specified by the Buyer when placing the Order.
4.2. Upon receipt of the goods, the Buyer must inspect the packaging for damage and check the appearance of the goods. Claims regarding external damage will be accepted only at the time of receipt of the Order.
4.3. If the Buyer is not present at the specified address, the order will be returned to the Seller by the carrier. The order will be reshipped only after the Buyer has paid the shipping cost again.
5. Liability5.1. The Seller shall not be liable for any failure to meet delivery deadlines caused by the transportation or postal service, or for reasons beyond the Seller’s control.
5.2. The Seller is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of the goods that occurs after the order has been handed over to the carrier.
5.3. The Buyer shall resolve all disputes with the carrier on its own. The Seller may assist in obtaining insurance, if it has been purchased.
5.4. The Seller’s maximum liability is limited to the cost of the paid-for goods.
6. Refusal to Accept the Goods Upon Delivery6.1. The Buyer has the right to refuse the goods upon receipt, before payment is made. In this case, the Buyer is obligated to reimburse the Seller for the cost of shipping the goods to the Buyer.
6.2. In the event of a return of goods of satisfactory quality after they have been received and paid for, the terms set forth in the “Return and Exchange Policy” section apply.
7. Force Majeure7.1. The parties shall be exempt from liability for partial or complete failure to perform their obligations if such failure resulted from circumstances beyond their control.
