RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
1. Return of Goods of Acceptable Quality1.1. The buyer has the right to return goods of satisfactory quality purchased through distance selling within 7 days of receiving the goods.
1.2. Returns of goods of satisfactory quality are permitted only if the following conditions are met:
- the product's appearance, consumer properties, and packaging integrity have been preserved;
- All seals, tags, and labels are intact;
- The item has never been used;
- There is a document confirming the fact and terms of the purchase (receipt, bank statement).
1.3.
Returns of goods of satisfactory quality are not accepted., if the product has individually specified characteristics (for example, made to order or with a custom label).
1.4. The buyer is responsible for arranging the return of the merchandise and paying the return shipping costs.
1.5. Refunds for goods of satisfactory quality will be issued within 10 days of the Seller’s receipt of the goods and the Buyer’s corresponding request.
1.6. Upon return of goods of satisfactory quality, the Seller is entitled to withhold the cost of shipping the goods to the Buyer.
2. Return of Goods of Substandard Quality2.1. The buyer has the right to make claims regarding defects in the goods during the warranty period or the shelf life.
2.2. The product has a shelf life of 24 months from the date of manufacture (as indicated on the packaging). Once the shelf life has expired, the product is considered unfit for use, and no claims regarding its quality will be accepted.
2.3. If defects are discovered, the Buyer may, at its discretion, demand:
- replacement with a product of the same brand;
- a proportional reduction in the purchase price;
- free rectification of defects or reimbursement of the costs of rectifying them;
- a refund of the amount paid for the merchandise.
2.4. Requests for refunds for goods of unsatisfactory quality must be honored within 10 days of the Seller’s receipt of the claim and the returned goods.
2.5. At the Seller’s request and at the Seller’s expense, the Buyer is required to return defective goods.
2.6.
The Seller shall not be liable for any defects in the goods that arise after they have been delivered to the Buyer as a result of a violation of the storage, transportation, or usage rules specified in the instructions, or as a result of the actions of third parties or force majeure.
2.7. In the event of a dispute regarding the causes of defects, the Seller shall have the right to conduct an independent inspection of the quality of the goods at its own expense. If the inspection determines that the defects were caused by the Buyer, the Buyer shall reimburse the costs of the inspection.
3. Special Return Policies for Household Cleaning Products3.1. Household cleaning products (including cleaning and detergent products) fall into the category of goods that may be returned to the seller only if they are defective and in accordance with the procedure established by law.
3.2. Returns of goods of satisfactory quality that fall under the household chemicals category,
Not available, if its consumer properties (composition, effectiveness, odor) do not meet the Buyer’s subjective expectations. The Seller does not guarantee the result, which depends on the type of surface being treated (tile, porcelain tile, natural stone) and the conditions of use.
3.3. In accordance with the List of Non-Food Goods of Acceptable Quality That Are Not Subject to Return (approved by Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 2463 dated December 31, 2020), household chemical products may be deemed to be goods of satisfactory quality that are not subject to exchange or return if they have established expiration dates and fall under the category of goods that cannot be returned for sanitary and hygienic reasons.
4. Return Policy4.1. To process a return, the Buyer must send the Seller a written request (claim) via email to mail@mildway.ru, specifying:
- order numbers;
- reasons for the return;
- payment details for a refund.
4.2. The seller will review the claim within 10 business days of receiving it.
4.3. When returning goods of substandard quality, the Buyer is required, at the Seller’s request, to return the goods along with all accompanying documents and accessories.
4.4. Refunds will be issued to the bank card or bank account used for payment within 10 days after the decision to grant the claim is made.
5. Refusal to Accept the Goods Before Receipt5.1. The Buyer has the right to cancel the purchase at any time prior to delivery of the goods. In this case, the Seller shall refund the amount paid, less any actual shipping costs incurred.
6. Seller's Liability6.1. The Seller shall not be liable for any failure to meet the Buyer’s expectations regarding the degree of improvement in slip resistance if the Buyer did not conduct preliminary testing on their specific type of surface, as recommended in the instructions for use.
6.2. The Seller shall not be liable for any damage caused by improper storage, transportation, or use of the product, or by use on surfaces not specified in the instructions (laminate, hardwood, wood, PVC, linoleum, rubber flooring, etc.).
6.3. The Seller’s maximum liability for any claim by the Buyer is limited to the cost of the paid-for goods.
